Breaker installation and disassembly procedures

　　The breaker is often replaced with a bucket at the job site, but it must be operated in strict accordance with the operating procedures during installation and disassembly. The following small series introduces you to the installation and disassembly procedures of the breaker.
　　1. Move the construction machinery to a flat and open place and must pay attention to the presence of moisture, sludge and dust, etc., which are easily contaminated with hydraulic oil. Turn off the engine and note that when the hydraulic cylinder is pressurized, the pressure should be released first.
　　2. Rotate the shutoff valve installed at the end of the machine body by 90° to prevent the hydraulic oil from flowing out.
　　3. Remove the hose connector on the construction machine and recover the hydraulic oil flowing out and return it to the hydraulic tank.
　　4. Take care to avoid dust and sludge entering the hydraulic pipeline. Please close the hose and pipeline with hose plug and integrated cover to keep the oil system clean. The high and low pressure hoses are fixed to protect them from dirt.
　　5. When you want to remove the breaker, first pull out the two connecting hammers and the pin of the boom. When working outdoors, place the breaker on a wooden block to isolate it from the ground and cover it outside.
　　6. When the breaker is not used for a long time （more than three weeks）
　　1） Please clean the outside first.
　　2） Remove the drill rod and apply it to the rust preventive oil, then store it, and then release the nitrogen gas before pushing the piston into the hydraulic cylinder.
　　3） Put the parts of the breaker into the lubricating oil and then put the rod back. After that, you can keep it on the bench.
　　7. When the hammer is to be reinstalled for work, it is necessary to reverse the above-mentioned unloading procedure. Since the construction machine is easily contaminated with dust after the other work, the replacement work is required. The hydraulic lines and connectors should be cleaned first.
