In the first case, there is not enough high-pressure oil flowing into the interior of the impactor without impact. The main reason for the analysis is that the pipeline is clogged or damaged or there is not enough hydraulic oil;
The treatment measures are:

The second is that there is enough high-pressure oil, but the impactor does not impact, the main reason is
（1） The returning oil pipe is connected incorrectly;
（2） The working pressure is lower than the specified value;
（3） The piston is stuck;
（4） The reversing spool is stuck;
（5） the shutoff valve is not open;
（6） The nitrogen pressure in the accumulator or nitrogen chamber is too high;
（7） The oil temperature is higher than 80 degrees.
The main exclusion measures are
（2） Adjust the system pressure;
（3） Whether the piston is moved by hand or not, if the piston cannot move flexibly, the piston and the guide sleeve have been scratched, and the guide sleeve should be replaced. If possible, the piston should also be replaced;
（4） Remove the valve core for cleaning and repair;
（5） opening the shutoff valve;
（6） mediating the nitrogen pressure of the accumulator or nitrogen chamber;
（7） Check the cooling system and lower the oil temperature to the working temperature.
The third is the piston movement but does not impact. This situation is relatively easy, the main reason is that the drill rod is stuck, the drill rod can be removed and repaired with a grinding wheel or oil stone.
