2, parts replacement:

When customers purchase crushing pliers from manufacturers, they should use the original parts of the manufacturer, otherwise, the manufacturer will not be responsible for the damage caused by the non-use of the original parts of the manufacturer.

3, the replacement of oil seal

During the use period of crushing pliers, the oil seal must be replaced and maintained in time. Manufacturers suggest that the replacement of oil seal should be completed by professional engineers of manufacturers as far as possible. Agents and users can also be completed by themselves under the guidance of manufacturers.

4,Use and maintenance of bolts and nuts

Handlers work after 1 hour for the first time, must check all parts.bolt, nut loose check every 10 hours later, if must tighten loose, at the same time asked the operator to check the bolt and nut as a regular check project.

5, daily maintenance

Check whether the pin shaft part is flexible every day, add lubricating oil to the pin shaft part of the oil cylinder.

6, the use of hydraulic oil

Before installing crushing pliers, we must filter the hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank, and replace the oil on the excavator. The oil on the excavator should be replaced frequently according to the service life. If the oil is not replaced in time, the manufacturer will not be responsible for the strain of the cylinder and piston of crushing pliers.

7, butter, oil seal replacement

Add butter once every 4 hours of work. Every six months or 1000 hours (oil seal): replace the hydraulic cylinder oil seal and motor oil seal once, do not replace the oil seal over the specified period has a certain probability of causing damage to other parts of the product, such as: oil cylinder pull cylinder block.

8, the operating environment

Observe the operation site carefully and strictly observe the construction safety rules to prevent safety accidents: it is strictly prohibited to operate the machine under the influence of alcohol or drugs such as stimulants; after suspending the operation, it is necessary to confirm whether the operation of the equipment has stopped completely.
